IV Hydration Service Policy (Indigo Healing Solutions)

Purpose. To provide safe, effective IV hydration and vitamin therapy under licensed clinical supervision while setting clear expectations for scheduling, payment, privacy, and care.
1) Eligibility & Medical Screening

Who can receive services: Adults 18+. Minors (16–17) only with parent/legal guardian in person to consent and remain on-site.

Required screening: Online intake & medical history must be completed before your appointment. Staff may request additional information or a brief exam (vitals, review of systems).

Contraindications and services may be declined at providers discretion for (not a full list): Uncontrolled hypertension; severe kidney disease/failure; decompensated heart failure; active infection with fever; allergy to any component; pregnancy or breastfeeding without OB clearance; recent stroke/MI; abnormal electrolytes; G6PD deficiency for high-dose vitamin C; current intoxication.
If any apply, we will not proceed and will refer you appropriately. -
Medication/lab interactions: Some vitamins (e.g., biotin) can affect lab tests for 24–72 hrs. Tell your provider about recent or upcoming labs.
2) Medical Oversight & Scope

Services are provided by licensed clinicians (RN/NP/MD/PA) operating under medical protocols and supervision.

IV hydration is a wellness service and is not a substitute for emergency or primary medical care. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

3) Informed Consent

Prior to your infusion, you’ll review and sign consent acknowledging potential risks (bruising, pain, infiltration/extravasation, infection, phlebitis, allergic reaction, electrolyte shifts, lightheadedness) and benefits (rapid rehydration, symptom relief).

You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time.

4) Safety During Visit

We capture baseline vitals and monitor you throughout. We may pause or stop an infusion at any time for safety.

Please eat lightly and hydrate 1–2 hours before your visit, and arrive with a government-issued ID.

Bring a list of medications, vitamins, and known allergies.

5) Add-Ons, Customization & Provider Discretion

Drips can be tailored with add-ons (e.g., B12, glutathione, taurine, anti-nausea) when clinically appropriate.

Final ingredient selection and dosing are at provider discretion based on your screening and vitals.

6) Mobile/Off-Site Services

Travel fees will apply. A safe, clean space with access to hand hygiene, seating, and adequate lighting is required. Must also be free of pets.

If the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, staff may decline service; travel fee is non-refundable once on site.

7) Scheduling, Late Arrivals, No-Shows

Booking: Appointments are required. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Late arrivals: >10 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting others.

No-shows: Missed appointments forfeit the deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
8) Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour policy: Cancel or reschedule ≥24 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit as a credit.

<24 hours / same-day: Deposit is non-refundable. One courtesy reschedule may be granted for documented illness or emergency.
9) Deposits, Pricing & Payment

A non-refundable deposit (applied to your total) is due at booking.

We accept major cards. We do not bill insurance.

Prices and menus may change without notice; quotes are honored for 30 days. Sales/promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

10) Packages, Memberships & Gift Cards
-
Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once first service is redeemed.

Unused visits may roll over 1 month (or per plan terms).

Gift cards are final sale and redeemable for services or products, not cash.
11) Refunds & Results

Once an IV has started, no refunds are issued. If we must stop for safety, we may provide a prorated credit at our discretion.

Individual results vary and are influenced by hydration status, sleep, nutrition, and overall health.
12) Post-Care
-
Keep the bandage on for 1–2 hours.
-
Expect mild local soreness or bruising; apply a cool compress if needed.

Hydrate well and avoid strenuous activity with the infused arm for several hours. Seek care for persistent pain, spreading redness, fever, shortness of breath, or chest pain.

13) Privacy & Records

We protect your information in accordance with privacy laws and clinic policy. For sensitive PHI and e-sign consents, we use secure platforms.

Records may be shared with you upon request; fees may apply for printed copies.

14) Photography & Marketing
-
We do not use your image or testimonials for marketing without your written permission.
