Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service or package, enrolling in an educational program, or otherwise utilizing services offered by Indigo Healing Solutions, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1) About Indigo Healing Solutions
Indigo Healing Solutions, Inc. (“Indigo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile concierge wellness, aesthetic, and educational services. Services may be provided at a client's residence, workplace, event venue, or other approved location, as appropriate.
Services currently offered may include IV hydration and nutrient therapy, intramuscular (IM) injections, aesthetic services, wellness and weight-management services, NAD+ and related wellness therapies, peptides and amino-acid therapies when available and clinically appropriate, and vascular-access and healthcare education.
Availability of individual services may vary and is subject to clinical eligibility, provider authorization, applicable law, and Indigo's current service offerings.
2) Eligibility & Clinical Screening
Clients must meet applicable age, health, screening, and consent requirements before receiving clinical services.
Completion of an appointment request or payment does not guarantee treatment. Indigo and its authorized clinical providers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when it is determined that treatment would be inappropriate or unsafe.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history, medication, allergy, pregnancy, and other information requested during screening.
3) Medical & Wellness Services
Clinical services are provided by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and, when applicable, pursuant to medical protocols, orders, standing orders, or other required clinical oversight.
Indigo's wellness and aesthetic services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or ongoing primary or specialty medical care.
No specific medical, cosmetic, wellness, or weight-management outcome is guaranteed. Individual results vary.
4) Appointments & Mobile Concierge Services
Indigo primarily operates as a mobile concierge service. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, accessible environment suitable for the scheduled service.
Travel or concierge fees may apply based upon location, distance, appointment type, group size, special event requirements, or other circumstances. Applicable fees will be disclosed during booking or before service.
Indigo reserves the right to decline or discontinue an appointment if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, threatening, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for treatment.
5) Booking, Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit of the total scheduled service price is required to secure an appointment unless Indigo provides different written terms for a particular service, event, package, or contract.
The remaining balance, including any applicable travel fees, upgrades, add-ons, or other charges, is due according to the payment terms provided at booking and no later than completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed for an existing appointment will be honored unless the client requests additional or different services.
Insurance is not billed unless Indigo expressly states otherwise.
6) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may have the deposit transferred as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment, subject to Indigo's applicable service policy.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Indigo may make reasonable exceptions for documented emergencies or circumstances at its discretion.
Additional cancellation provisions applicable to a particular service, event, educational program, package, or contract will be disclosed before purchase.
7) Refunds
Because clinical supplies, medications, provider time, and travel resources may be allocated in preparation for an appointment, deposits and payments may be subject to the refund provisions stated in the applicable service policy.
Once a clinical service has begun, refunds will not be issued solely because a client is dissatisfied with the subjective result or elects not to complete the service.
If Indigo must discontinue a service for safety or clinical reasons, any credit or refund will be determined based upon the circumstances and applicable service policy.
8) Packages, Memberships, Promotions & Gift Cards
Packages, memberships, promotions, discounts, and gift cards are subject to the terms provided at purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they have no cash value, may not be combined with other promotions, and may not be transferred.
Indigo reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers prospectively.
9) Educational Services
Indigo may provide vascular-access, IV therapy, ultrasound-guided IV, professional-development, and other healthcare education.
Participation in an Indigo educational program does not grant professional licensure, certification, authorization to practice outside a participant's legal scope of practice, or employment.
Participants remain responsible for complying with their applicable professional license, employer policies, facility requirements, and state scope-of-practice laws.
10) Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, follow reasonable pre- and post-service instructions, communicate relevant health changes, treat Indigo personnel professionally, and maintain a safe environment during mobile appointments.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, sexually inappropriate, or unsafe conduct toward Indigo personnel will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
11) Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk
Certain Indigo services involve inherent risks, potential side effects, contraindications, and limitations.
Before applicable clinical procedures, clients may be required to complete separate informed-consent documents explaining material risks, benefits, alternatives, and treatment-specific information.
Signing these Terms does not replace any treatment-specific informed consent required before a clinical service.
12) Photography, Testimonials & Marketing
Indigo will not use a client's identifiable photograph, video, testimonial, or other likeness for marketing purposes without appropriate authorization or consent.
Clients may decline marketing photography without affecting their eligibility for services.
13) Privacy & Records
Indigo handles client information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and its Privacy Policy.
Clinical records may be created and maintained in connection with services. Clients may request access to records as permitted by applicable law and Indigo's records policies.
14) Intellectual Property
Indigo Healing Solutions' name, branding, logos, educational materials, course content, presentations, graphics, written materials, photographs, website content, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without written authorization.
15) Website Information
Information presented on Indigo's website and social-media platforms is provided for general informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice.
Website content, pricing, services, availability, policies, and descriptions may be updated periodically.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Indigo Healing Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or limit liability where such waiver or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17) Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold Indigo Healing Solutions harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from their violation of these Terms, misuse of Indigo's website or services, intentional misconduct, or failure to provide materially accurate information.
18) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any jurisdiction or venue provision applicable to a dispute will be interpreted consistent with Georgia law and any other applicable legal requirements.
19) Changes to These Terms
Indigo Healing Solutions may update these Terms periodically as its services, policies, or legal requirements change.
The current version and effective date will be posted on our website. Continued use of the website or future services after an update constitutes acceptance of the Terms applicable at that time.
