Terms of Service

  • 1. Purpose: Indigo Healing Solutions ("IHS") provides a safe and supportive living environment for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the terms and conditions under which residents may reside in any home provided by IHS.

  • 2. Admission and Residency:

  • Application: All individuals seeking admission to ang IHS home must complete an application process and meet IHS's eligibility criteria.

  • Residency Agreement: Upon acceptance, residents will be required to sign a Residency Agreement that outlines the specific terms and conditions of their stay, including rent, rules, and responsibilities.

  • Term of Residency: The term of residency may be specified in the Residency Agreement and may be subject to renewal.

  • 3. Rent and Fees:

  • Rent: Residents are responsible for paying rent on a regular basis, as specified in the Residency Agreement.

  • Fees: Residents may also be responsible for paying fees for additional services, such as utilities, meals, transportation, or damages to the property.

  • 4. Rules and Regulations:

  • House Rules: Residents are expected to abide by IHS's house rules, which may include rules regarding noise levels, guest policies, and behavior.

  • Consequences of Violations: Violations of the house rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of residency.

  • 5. Services:

  • Support Services: IHS may provide various support services, such as assistance with personal care, medication management, and transportation.

  • Limitations: IHS's services may be limited in scope and may not meet all of a resident's needs.

  • 6. Termination of Residency:

  • Reasons for Termination: IHS may terminate a resident's residency for various reasons, including violation of the Residency Agreement, failure to pay rent, damage to the property, or endangerment of other residents or staff.

  • Notice: IHS may provide notice of termination, as specified in the Residency Agreement.

  • 7. Governing Law:

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the home in which the resident resides of IHS's.

  • 8. Entire Agreement:

  • No Modifications: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

  • 9. Severability:

  • Invalid Provisions: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.  

  • By residing in any home provided by IHS, residents agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
