Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Indigo Healing Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our group home housing services, veteran housing services, IV insertion training programs, and IV hydration services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the waiver of liabilities set forth below.
2. Eligibility & Registration

Group Home & Veteran Housing: You certify that you meet any applicable local or state licensing requirements for group or veteran home placement.

IV Training & Hydration: You must be a licensed healthcare professional or a student enrolled in an accredited healthcare program. Proof of licensure or enrollment may be required.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.
3. Scope of Services

Group Home & Veteran Housing: Residential placement, daily living support, on-call emergency coverage, and recreational activities.

IV Insertion Training: Hands-on workshops (basic & ultrasound-guided), didactic lectures, simulation labs, and competency assessments.

IV Hydration: Provider ordered and Nurse-administered IV fluids, vitamin infusions, electrolytes, and push therapies, all per our authorized practitioner’s orders.
4. Fees, Payment & Billing

Fees for each Service are set forth and are published. All fees are due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in a written facility contract.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Paypal, or invoicing under contract terms.

Late payments incur a finance charge of 3% per month on any outstanding balance.
5. Cancellation & Refunds

Training Programs & Hydration Appointments: Full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) if canceled at least 72 hours in advance; no refund for cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows.

Group Home Housing: Thirty (30) days’ written notice is required for discharge. Unused housing fees will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
6. Client & Participant Obligations

Follow all pre-service instructions, safety protocols, and facility rules.

Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications before receiving IV hydration.

Treat staff, instructors, and fellow residents with respect and courtesy.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, presentations, and digital content are proprietary to Indigo Healing Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any such materials without our express written consent.
8. Disclaimers, Waiver & Limitation of Liability

Liability Waiver: By agreeing to these Terms and using our Services, you hereby waive, release, and discharge Indigo Healing Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our Services.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clayton County, Georgia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
