LaKeita Walters-Swift—affectionately hailed as the PICC Queen™  — is the CEO & Co-Founder of Indigo Healing Solutions and a trailblazer in vascular access with over 20 years of unwavering dedication to nursing excellence. A member of the Infusion Nurses Society (INS), Association for Vascular Access (AVA), BSN-prepared, Vascular Access Board–Certified Specialist, she has perfected the art and science of peripheral, midline, and PICC insertions across inpatient, outpatient, and home–health settings. Under her leadership, Indigo Healing Solutions has grown into a nationally recognized institute, empowering hundreds of clinicians each year to achieve first-stick success rates exceeding 95%.

Renowned for her clinical finesse and empathetic approach, LaKeita ensures every patient—whether at home, in rehabilitation, or inpatient—receives the safest, most reliable and comfortable IV therapy possible. Her ability to tailor care plans to complex needs has earned her the trust of families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams alike.
