Cancellation Policy

Vascular Access Insertion Training Course Policy Course Overview: The Vascular Access Insertion Training Courses are designed to provide participants with the essential skills and knowledge required for safe and effective vascular access insertion techniques. The courses include both theoretical and practical components. Enrollment Policy: Participants must complete the registration form and submit payment to secure their spot in the course. Enrollment is subject to availability; spaces are limited. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation by Participant: If a participant cancels their enrollment more than 3 days before the course start date, a full refund will be issued minus a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Transfer Policy: Participants may transfer their enrollment to a future course date if they notify us at least 5 days before the scheduled course. A transfer fee of $30 will apply. Cancellation by Course Provider: In the event that the course provider cancels the course, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date without any additional fees. No-Show Policy: Participants who do not attend the course without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time and are prepared for the course. All participants must adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during practical sessions.
